Conversation 3 : review

Look back over the whole year and what your team member has contributed to building movements, and you will discover there are significant things to celebrate! The conversation also paves the way for changes that need to be made ahead of the next year’s cycle.
The conversation has 2 aspects:
  Zoom in:  Position Focus - How well have the priorities been achieved?
  Zoom out:  Wider role - How has the position focus priorities fitted with the other aspects of the individual’s role?  What changes need to be considered for next year?
