Conversation 3 : review

Look back over the whole year and what you have contributed to building movements, and you will discover there are significant things to celebrate! This conversation also paves the way for adjustments that need to be made ahead of the next year’s cycle.
The conversation has 2 aspects:
  Zoom in:  Position Focus - How well have the priorities been achieved?
  Zoom out:  Wider role - How has the position focus priorities fitted with the other aspects of your role?  What changes need to be considered for next year?
